After 8 years in the City as a stock broker, Sarah left it all to follow her heart and pursue a life of Yoga. Her personal yoga practice became a powerful tool to help balance to the intensity of city life and she quickly realised she was far more animated about encouraging people to invest in themselves rather than in stocks.
Sarah is passionate about helping others find their flow. Sarah's teaching touches both ends of the spectrum and focuses on strength, flexibility and mindfulness in equal measure. Ultimately, her goal is to inspire students like she has been inspired. Her classes are effective, detailed, and playful as Sarah endeavours to create a safe space to encourage and challenge you in unison.
With 680 hours of yoga teacher training under her belt,, along with FRC mobility training, Sarah can be found teaching classes and workshops in both London and abroad, and has some incredible retreats planned in exotic corners of the world! A strong dynamic vinyasa sequence, designed and created by me to get the heart rate up, condition the body and build strength and flexibility in equal measure. There will always be an inversion or two thrown in for good measure… if you want to give it a go!
12.45pm - THE FIX
60min of Psycle’s signature sequence. Accessible for all levels, but particularly designed to balance all other types of exercise and targets those main areas we hold tension.
