10.15pm - FOUNDATIONS
Going back to basics. 60min focusing on technique, building strength and flexibility and preparing you for Psycle’s Vinyasa class.
11.30pm - POWER
A strong dynamic vinyasa sequence, designed and created by me to get the heart rate up, condition the body and build strength and flexibility in equal measure. There will always be an inversion or two thrown in for good measure… if you want to give it a go!
12.45pm - THE FIX
60min of Psycle’s signature sequence. Accessible for all levels, but particularly designed to balance all other types of exercise and targets those main areas we hold tension.

12.15pm - YOGA 45 (All levels)
6.15pm - ROCKET
60min class aimed to challenge with a strong flow, plenty of inversions, funky transitions and chances to push yourself and play. We top it off with a 2 minute plank and a 10 minute meditation.
6pm - YOGA 60 (All levels)
7.15pm - INTERMEDIATE 75
7.30pm - REVIVAL
75min of Yang into Yin. We open with 45 minutes of dynamic vinyasa, and end with 30minutes of yiin.
10.30am - Rocket 90m
90min Rocket sequence aimed to challenge with a strong flow, plenty of inversions, funky transitions and chances to push yourself and play.
